Meet the Baker!

As a Colorado native, Erika's passion and a love for baking began as a child.  Growing up at High Altitude and many years of practice has perfected the techniques of high-altitude baking using only the finest quality ingredients.  After surviving Cancer at age 43, Erika decided to follow her passion.
